Customer Service Manager
|
We currently have a vacancy for a dedicated Customer Service Manager with a true passion for customer service and for leading your team to perform at their best.
We are seeking people with an exceptional commitment to customer service and the ability to lead by example. Previous Supermarket experience is not essential in this role, passion for offering exceptional service, "going beyond the call" and "WOW"ing the customer is what is required.
Your new role will include, assisting customers, the supervision of checkouts and leadership in service of all staff in all departments to ensure the exceptional customer service levels are maintained, front-end housekeeping, training, banking and balancing and control of registers.
This role is also well suited for those who may have had hospitality or other customer service roles who are looking for a positive change and chance to work in a fun and positive environment dealing directly with customers where service is paramount.
Our store is open for extended hours trading 7 days a week.
Salary will be commensurate with the managerial and/or customer service skills of the successful applicant.

IGA Milton is seeking a highly motivated Dairy Department Assistant Manager to join their team. This role will involve you in every aspect of the day to day running of the Dairy Department. The successful applicant will have a passion for retail and ideally have supermarket supervisory experience in the dairy/freezer department.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANTS
|
We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, energetic and well presented people for positions as checkout operators as well as positions in our fresh produce, delicatessen, grocery and dairy/freezer departments. Our philosophy is that all staff are customer service representatives, each with a different secondary role whether it be operating a cash register with a smile or displaying only the best quality fresh produce. We welcome staff of all ages and experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
•Provide courteous, friendly and efficient service to all our customers
•Process customer purchases
•Operate the cash register
•Keep your area clean, tidy and safe
•Replenish stock
•Assist with merchandise display
•Assist in the preparation of products
Supermarket experience is not necessary as full training is provided, however the ability to provide excellent customer care is essential. You must have the ability to work unsupervised, have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. There are flexible working hours that range from 10-35 hrs per week and early morning, evening and weekend shifts are available.
