Ian Day - Store Manager

Ian brings with him many years of retail experience having started his career with a part time job at the age of 14. Ian worked his way up to various senior management positions with a Multinational Company and also completed a retail traineeship during that time, achieving distinction honours. Ian is passionate about customer service and loves being involved with the local community. If you have any feedback please do not hesitate to contact Ian, he will always glad to hear from you!

Steve Thorne - Grocery Manager

Steve has many years of experience in the supermarket industry and is continually working to "go beyond the call" when dealing with his customers. Steve can source any product you require and has done a great job of expanding our gluten free and organic range of products.

Andy Holloway - Fresh Produce Manager

Andy is our fresh produce manager. Andy has worked within the fresh produce industry for the past eight years and is dedicated to exceeding our customer's expectations. Each market day he selects only the freshest and best quality produce for IGA Milton.

Nick Plowman - Dairy/Freezer Manager

Nick is a very valuable member of the team having been part of our group for many years. He is continually working to "go beyond the call" when dealing with his customers. Nick can source any product you require and has done a great job of expanding our vegetarian, gluten free and organic range of chilled products.

Megan Kawelmacher - Customer Service Manager

No doubt you would know Megan's smiling face as she has been part of the IGA Milton team for over 3 years. Megan was recently promoted to the role of Customer Service Manager and is doing a fantatstic job! Megan is always up for a chat and also loves to cook so if you need help with a particular product or recipe she is only too happy to assist and share ideas.
